Pelvic Floor Therapy

Comprehensive, one-on-one sessions with a doctorate-level therapist, using a holistic, whole-body approach. Initial evaluations include a head-to-toe assessment to help get to the root cause of symptoms. Each visit will follow an individualized action plan, catered to your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle. Contact to book.


Specialty Consultations

Consultations consist of a 1-hour, one-on-one session with a doctorate-level provider geared toward each specialty. Consultations are intended for informational purposes only and are not considered physical or occupational therapy or any other medical service.

Talia (RYT-200, RPYT, Reiki Master) first found yoga in college. She would practice in her dorm room using YouTube videos and was hooked. What started out as a physical practice quickly became a spiritual journey to holistic health and wellness.

After teaching music for 4 years, Talia got her 200 hr certification in 2020. Quickly after getting certified, she decided to get her prenatal and postnatal certification. Talia has also completed her reiki certifications as an reiki master and is currently in Ayurveda school.

When not teaching, you can find Talia singing, spending time with her husband and two daughters or practicing yoga as a student.

Dr. Rachel Hall is a physical therapist specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions. Rachel received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University in 2018.

Rachel is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is passionate about women receiving the care that they deserve, especially post-partum.

Rachel grew up in the triad and recently moved back to be closer to family. She is excited to offer personalized physical therapy for her community with the Taylor PT team. Rachel lives with her Husband in Pfafftown and enjoys being outside taking walks/going on hikes with her two dogs or getting comfortable on the couch reading!

Dr. Jesse Rapp is a Physical Therapist who specializes in treating women for pelvic health and orthopedic related conditions. Jesse is honored to join women on their journey of healing and wellness. Jesse graduated from Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2013.

She is Certified in Manual Therapy, a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and Certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

Rebecca Riggs received her Massage Therapy License in 2015 after attending The Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio, TX. She has attained certifications as a Reiki Master. In addition, she implements a wide array of massage modalities into her practice including prenatal massage, reflexology, and cupping.

She wants to help clients’ meet their individual goals for each session, while still providing a service that consistently leaves the client feeling more relaxed and less stressed than when they arrived. She particularly loves practicing Prenatal Massage, to provide expecting mothers with extra support on their birth journey.

Jacquelyn Rose is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist certified in prenatal massage, committed to helping women achieve optimal health through the art of massage. Her therapy focuses on achieving muscle tension relief with tailored massage techniques. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping each client reach their health and wellness goals.

Jacquelyn was born in Winston-Salem, attended Living Arts Institute and graduated in 2013 with her license in massage therapy and has been a holistic health care provider working alongside renowned chiropractic doctors since the very beginning. After a car accident in 2011, a chiropractor helped alleviate her constant pain and ultimately ignited a passion in her for helping folks heal.

Dr. Bria Stark grew up in Illinois and received her Bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. She went on to pursue her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Kettering College in Dayton, Ohio.

She has held a passion for holistic pelvic health since the beginning of her graduate school journey and was determined to empower and educate her future patients about their pelvic health.
