Comprehensive, one-on-one sessions with a doctorate-level therapist, using a holistic, whole-body approach. Initial evaluations include a head-to-toe assessment to help get to the root cause of symptoms. Dr. Rachel brings a bright, joyful energy to every visit, making patients feel at ease from the moment they meet her. Her bubbly personality, warm sense of humor, and down-to-earth approach help turn even the most sensitive topics into empowering conversations.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Her clinical approach is both thorough and intuitive. She’s known for blending hands-on skill with education that actually makes sense, helping patients understand what’s happening in their body and why. Patients often say they leave sessions not just feeling better, but also more hopeful and more in control of their healing journey.

Originally from the Triad, Rachel recently returned to the area to be closer to family. She now lives in Pfafftown with her husband and their two dogs.
